What supporting documentation is required for the application?
You will be asked to show supporting documentation for income and assets. We will be emailing you a secure link to upload all documentation safely.
Here is the complete list of what will be asked:
Income Documentation
- W2 Earner: recent 30 days paystubs & last year’s W2
- If commission, bonus or overtime income is used please also include year-end paystubs for the last two years and most recent two year’s W2s
- Self-Employed: most recent two years personal & corporate (as applicable) tax returns available, all pages included
Asset Documentation
- Most Recent Two Month’s Bank Statements, all pages included
If Real Estate or Land Owned
- Mortgage Statements, all properties
- Homeowner’s (Fire) Insurance Policies, declaration pages only, all properties
- Flood Insurance Policies, declaration pages only, all properties, if applicable
- HOA Monthly Dues Statements, all properties, as applicable
