Can I choose a different program or rate after I’ve locked?

You may move to a different loan product after you locked, at no cost to you. If you are curious what rates are for a different loan product on the day you locked (you would only have available the pricing on that product on the day you locked in), please contact your Empire consultant, and they will provide you that information. We want to ensure all of our clients obtain the product they find most fits their financial needs, and sometimes that can mean changing the loan product while in process.
