What is your rate lock policy?
We offer rate locks for 30, 45 and 60 day periods. Refinance transactions may be locked at the time of pre-approval. Purchase transactions may be locked once you are pre-approved and have an accepted offer on a property. You may request rate your lock online over the phone or by email, 24/7.
